Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeekerTapper (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pukapasoft ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of SeekerTapper. These Terms apply to all versions of the App distributed through the Solana dApp Store for Seeker devices.

Section 02

What the App Does

SeekerTapper is a precision auto-tap tool for Android — specifically designed for Seeker devices distributed through the Solana Mobile ecosystem. The App uses the Android Accessibility Service API to dispatch automated screen tap gestures at configurable intervals and coordinates.

The App includes a multi-tier speed system, a Solana wallet authentication flow via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA), an SKR and SOL payment economy for speed tier unlocks and tap credits, and a global leaderboard tracking cumulative tap counts per wallet address.

The App is provided as a utility tool. You are responsible for how you use it. We make no claim that any particular use case is permitted by the target application or service you tap against. Compliance with any third-party terms of service is your responsibility alone.

Section 03

Accessibility Service

SeekerTapper requires the Android Accessibility Service to function. By enabling this service in your device settings, you grant the App permission to dispatch gestures on your screen.

You may revoke the Accessibility Service permission at any time via Settings → Accessibility → Installed Services. The App will immediately cease dispatching gestures upon revocation.

You acknowledge that Android will display a system-level warning when enabling any Accessibility Service. This warning is a standard Android platform notice. Our implementation does not use the capabilities described in that warning beyond gesture dispatch, as documented in our Privacy Policy.

Section 04

Wallet & Transactions

SeekerTapper uses Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) to authenticate your Solana wallet. Authentication is used to identify you on the leaderboard and to verify on-chain purchases. We never request authority to initiate transactions without your explicit confirmation in your wallet application.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet is funded and that you are authorising the correct transaction before signing. We are not responsible for losses arising from mistaken transactions, wrong amounts, network congestion, or wallet errors outside of our control.

Your public wallet address will be stored on our backend to power the leaderboard. This address is a pseudonymous on-chain identifier. By using the App, you consent to this storage as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 05

Speed Tiers & Tap Credit Purchases

SeekerTapper offers five speed tiers (Free, Premium, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and consumable tap credit packs. Tier upgrades are permanent — they are tied to your wallet address and verified against the on-chain transaction record. Tap credit packs are consumable and are deducted as the App dispatches taps.

• Tier upgrades — permanent, wallet-bound, verified on-chain. Cannot be transferred to another wallet.
• Tap credit packs — consumable. Consumed credits are not restored if you uninstall and reinstall the App, as they are tracked server-side per wallet.
• SKR payment bonus — a 5 % additional credit bonus applies when purchasing with SKR tokens. This bonus rate is subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• No refunds — all purchases are final. On-chain transactions cannot be reversed. See Section 4.

Tier access and credit balances are subject to our backend verification. We reserve the right to revoke access for fraudulent purchases, chargeback attempts, or abuse of the verification system.

Section 06

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate third-party terms — use the App against any service, game, or platform in a manner that violates that service's own terms of use.
• Defraud or harm others — automate actions that constitute fraud, harassment, or any form of harm to other users or third parties.
• Reverse engineer the App — decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Tamper with verification — attempt to forge, replay, or manipulate on-chain transaction proofs submitted to our backend for tier or credit verification.
• Abuse the leaderboard — artificially inflate tap counts through bot scripts, emulators, or any mechanism outside of the App itself as intended.
• Circumvent restrictions — use modified versions of the App, root exploits, or external tools to bypass speed limits, tier enforcement, or credit consumption.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to App features and removal from the leaderboard, without refund of any purchases.

Section 07

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for: losses arising from Solana network downtime, wallet provider outages, on-chain congestion, changes to the Android Accessibility Service API by Google, changes to the Seeker device platform, or actions taken by third-party services you use the App against.

Cryptocurrency and token values (SOL, SKR) are volatile. We make no representations about the future value of any currency used in the App. Tier and credit prices are denominated in token amounts, not fiat currency.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pukapasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for App purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim. Given the nature of on-chain transactions, this amount is verifiable on the Solana ledger.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 09

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App terminates your use. Your leaderboard data and tier verification record will be retained per our Privacy Policy and are deletable on request.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to App features (including tier benefits and leaderboard participation) at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our backend systems. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its services entirely. In the event of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the App or website. Tier upgrades and credit balances have no guaranteed monetary redemption value in the event of discontinuation.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic for any dispute arising under these Terms.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Section 11

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice in the App.

Continued use of SeekerTapper after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the App. Your on-chain purchase history is unaffected by your decision to stop using the App.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

SeekerTapper and all associated software, design, graphics, text, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Pukapasoft. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App or its assets without prior written permission from Pukapasoft.

The SeekerTapper name, logo, and visual identity are proprietary to Pukapasoft. Use of these assets in any form without explicit written consent is prohibited.
